The photo is aligned to the left...& everthing is looking great..

Good job Patel :) but I didn't like u removing the header and therefore now I have changed the template itself to get rid of the empty space at the top.. Well.. it looks good now. Patel saab we are waiting for u Hyderabad.. So come soon, bhaitak bithani hai appke baare mein.
